Submitting An Item For ESDC Approval
The ETFW team is here to support you with the Service Canada approvals process. Items that require approval include:
- posters/promotion of events for the project
- resources created as part of the project, infographics, videos, etc
- media advisories and press releases
- promotional materials for services offered as part of the project
(drop-in services, etc)
If you are unsure if an item needs ESDC approval, contact divany@kairoscanada.org
The earlier items can be submitted, the more time there will be to promote your events. Our agreement asks for items to be submitted 20 business days before the event. If you cannot submit your event or item for this timeline, please still submit the item for approval.

Posters made for the project must include the KAIROS Canada and Government of Canada funding logos. The most up-to-date logos can be found here: Logos

You only need to submit 1 form per item. For event posters, submit the event approval form only.

If you plan on developing a video for the project, submit the video concept and script to the ETFW team and fill out the document approval form. We are happy to support the development of videos and scripts, please contact divany@kairoscanada.org if you would like any assistance.

To access the list of resources available for temporary foreign workers across Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, the file can be found here. Please feel free to add resources in your area that are available to temporary foreign workers.

To access slide decks created and approved as part of the ETFW project, click here. If you are presenting a workshop developed by another organization, please credit the author and organization and email divany@kairoscanada.org to let us know when you’ll be holding the session.
