A Warm Welcome to Tania Principe, KAIROS’ New Executive Director
We are thrilled to welcome Tania Principe as our new Executive Director. Tania is a dynamic, intersectional feminist leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through times of growth and change. She has a proven track record in strategic direction, public policy advocacy and building inclusive movements for justice.
Tania has stewarded organizations through moments of profound transformation, from strengthening governance and operational resilience to championing gender justice and equity on the global stage. She has addressed world leaders at international forums, collaborated with Nobel Laureates and supported grassroots partners in advancing peace, human rights and ecological justice. Her leadership reflects deep commitment to collaboration, inclusivity and social transformation.
Tania joins KAIROS at an exciting and pivotal time, as we launch a renewed organization with a bold vision for justice. In a world marked by rising authoritarianism and deepening inequalities, the work of KAIROS has never been more urgent. Tania’s vision and experience will help strengthen our collective voice as we continue to live out our call for peace, justice, and the flourishing of all creation.
