I am a proud Métis woman who has spent the last six years deeply involved in advocacy work across various roles supporting Indigenous communities. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the honour of learning from many Elders, Kokums, and Knowledge Keepers from across Turtle Island, and I’ve been fortunate to participate in numerous ceremonies that have shaped my path. I am deeply passionate about standing up for Indigenous rights and pushing for greater access to the resources we need to strengthen our connection to the land, our culture, and our futures. My work is grounded in a vision that uplifts our communities today and ensures a better path forward for the generations to come. I am honoured for this opportunity to continue advocating for Indigenous Rights.
